Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while offering a good view of Cleveland, were not as clean as I would have liked them to be. The pricing remained fair, but the room condition was disappointing with visible wear and tear like holes in the doors from them banging into each other.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms looked like they hadn't been vacuumed, but the location was great for downtown visits. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, but the dining area seemed a bit unorganized. The hotel's facilities were average.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but we had some issues with the noise from traffic and a broken door knob in the bathroom. The location was the best part, with great views of the sports arena and downtown Cleveland, although we found the information about parking prices a bit misleading.
The hotel offers pretty nice rooms for the price, which are very clean and up to date. However, they are very overpriced and in need of a total upgrade and remodel, which seems ridiculous for $300 per night. The service is top-notch with particularly friendly staff members like Winnie and the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor. The location is very welcoming and perfect for exploring the city, especially if you plan to attend a Cleveland Indians game. The dining options are yummy and considerate of the current situation, although they seem somewhat limited. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great service, but the room pricing might be a major downside.
